Lesson 27 of 74 · B1, Unit 1: The wider world
Opinions and comparisons
szerintem ('in my opinion', literally 'according to me') is the all-purpose opener for a view: Szerintem ez jó ötlet, 'I think this is a good idea.'
You already have -bb for 'more' (olcsóbb, nagyobb); the superlative just adds leg- in front: legjobb ('best'), legolcsóbb ('cheapest'), legnagyobb ('biggest').
By the end you can:
- give an opinion with szerintem and ask for one with Szerinted?
- agree and disagree politely
- use comparatives and superlatives together: jobb, legjobb
