Lesson 50 of 74 · A2, Unit 6: Practical dialogues
A shopping trip
shopping-and-money and clothing-and-appearance gave you the separate vocabulary; this lesson puts them together in a real clothes-shopping conversation, plus the phrase for trying something on.
felpróbál ('to try on') takes the thing in the accusative, the same pattern as every other object: Felpróbálom ezt a kabátot ('I'll try on this coat').
By the end you can:
- ask to try something on and talk about size
- compare two items by price and quality
- decide what to buy using comparatives you already know
